Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 200g carrot
  • 250g beetroot
  • 100g mixed seeds
  • 200g gluten free porridge oats
  • 200ml PureOaty oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and soften by frying in a little oil.
  2. Mix the apple cider vinegar with the bicarbonate of soda.
  3. Grate the carrot and the beetroot.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and press into a lined baking tin. Bake at 150c for about 50 mins or until springy!
